Fresh air, forest, lakes, hiking in beautiful nature! Join us for a daytrip to Nuuksio, national park only an hour away from the city center. We will spend our day hiking, sitting around the campfire, eating (take your own lunch and snacks, also water!) and simply enjoying the Finnish nature.

We will meet at the rail 15 on Central Railway Station on Sunday morning at 10:00. We will use public transportation, and everybody will need a regional ticket, so make sure you have either cash or enough money on your travel card. Otherwise the trip is free of charge!

We will arrive back to the Helsinki railway station around 6-7 pm in the evening, depending on the buses and how long we want to enjoy the national park. There is no sign up for the trip, but please click “attending” to this event on Facebook(https://www.facebook.com/events/725349597651059/), so we know how many hikers to expect, and also to get the announcements of possible discussions about the trip.

We can’t promise the weather is perfect on that day, but unless there is no cats and dogs falling down from sky, the trip is going to come true. Just remember the proper dress code! Good shoes and warm clothing, maybe rain cover for the backpack and for yourself.
