Tervetuloa TKO-äly ry:n sääntömääräiseen kevätkokoukseen torstaina 27.4.2023 klo 17.00. Kokous järjestetään Exactumissa auditoriossa CK112, joka sijaitsee Gurulaa vastapäätä. Kokoukseen voi liittyä myös Zoomin välityksellä.

Yhdistyksen sääntöjen mukaisesti kokouksessa käsitellään vuoden 2022 toimintakertomus ja tilinpäätös ja päätetään vastuuvapauden myöntämisestä vuoden 2022 hallitukselle. Kevätkokous päättää myös jäsenkauden 1.8.2023-31.7.2024 jäsenmaksuista.

Näiden lisäksi kokouksessa käsitellään lisätalousarvio vuodelle 2023 sekä TKO-älyn uusi yhdenvertaisuussuunnitelma. Hallitus antaa myös vastauksensa syyskokouksen antamiin ponsiin koskien seuraavan syyskokouksen järjestelyitä.

Kaikki jäsenet ovat tervetulleita osallistumaan puheoikeudella. Varsinaiset jäsenet voivat osallistua päätöksentekoon äänioikeudellaan. Tarkasta jäsenstatuksesi hyvissä ajoin ennen kokousta. Jäsenmaksu tulee maksaa viimeistään maanantaina 24.4. Pyynnöt väärän jäsentyypin korjaamiseksi tulee esittää jäsenvastaava Lassi Koistiselle (jasenvastaava (at) tko-aly.fi) viimeistään tiistaina 25.4.

Varsinainen jäsen voi valtuuttaa toisen henkilön toimimaan asiamiehenään ja käyttämään äänioikeutta puolestaan. Sama asiamies voi edustaa itsensä lisäksi enintään yhtä jäsentä. Valtakirjan asiamiesedustuksesta voi joko toimittaa Mari Karlssonille (pj (at) tko-aly.fi) ennen kokousta tai asiamies voi antaa sen kokousvirkailijoille kokoukseen saapuessaan. Valtakirjamalli löytyy kokouskutsun liitteistä.

Kokoukseen on mahdollista osallistua Zoomin välityksellä. Käytä Zoomissa näyttönimenä koko nimeäsi. Varaudu todistamaan henkilöllisyytesi tarvittaessa videoyhteyden välityksellä, esimerkiksi opiskelijakortilla.

Kokouksessa läsnä olevien nimet kirjataan viralliseen pöytäkirjaan. TKO-älyn arkistossa julkaistavasta epävirallisesta pöytäkirjaotteesta nimi voidaan pyynnöstä poistaa.

Welcome to the TKO-äly ry's statutory spring meeting on Thursday 27 April 2023 at 5 p.m. The meeting will take place in the Exactum auditorium CK112, which is located opposite Gurula. You can also join the meeting through Zoom.

In accordance with the rules of the association, the meeting will discuss the annual report and financial statements for 2022 and decide on the release the board of 2022 of responsibility. The spring meeting will also decide on the membership fees for the membership period 1.8.2023-31.7.2024.

In addition, the meeting will discuss the supplementary budget for 2023 and the new equality plan for TKO-äly. The board will also give its answers to the resolutions given by the fall meeting on the arrangements for the next autumn meeting.

All members are welcome to participate with the right to speak. Full members may participate in the decision-making process with their right to vote. Check your membership status well in advance of the meeting. The membership fee must be paid no later than Monday 24 April. Requests for correction of the wrong type of membership should be submitted to Lassi Koistinen (jasenvastaava (at) tko-aly.fi) by Tuesday 25 April at the latest.

A full member may authorise another person to act as an agent and exercise the right to vote on their behalf. The same agent may represent no more than one member in addition to themself. A proxy for the representative can either be submitted to Mari Karlsson (pj (at) tko-aly.fi) before the meeting or given by the agent to the meeting officials on arrival. The proxy model can be found in the appendices to the invitation to the meeting.

It is possible to attend the meeting through Zoom. In Zoom, use your full name as a screen name. Be prepared to prove your identity through video contact, for example with a student card.

Names of the participants will be listed in the official minutes of the meeting. If a participant wishes so, their name can be removed from the unofficial version, which is published in TKO-äly's online archive.
