Office entrance: The event will be hosted at our office, located at Pohjoisesplanadi 33. The door to the office is on the fourth floor. We have dedicated people responsible for welcoming the guests and in case you need assistance entering the event space, please contact Christina Kaski, nollaneljänolla6763332.

Guide and Service Animals: We warmly welcome guide and service animals on our premises. Should you require the assistance of an assistance dog, we kindly request prior notification to accommodate any additional needs effectively.

Accessibility info: The main entrance door is heavy and can be opened by hand. The door has a 3 cm high threshold. The width of the door opening is 98cm but can be widened to 198cm. The main elevator door opening is 76 cm wide. The elevator buttons are not tactile.

Within the event space, there is an accessible restroom available. The restroom layout provides 125 cm of space from the door to the sink, and there is 62cm of space on either side of the toilet when the handles are down.

Täysin yksin ei kuitenkaan tarvitse jäädä, koska illat alkuun nostattaa korkialaatuinen nauru pommi pläjäys. Löydettävänä on myös lukuisia suunnistusrasteja ja voittavia arpoja sekä Matrixin pukukilpailu. Tämän vuoden asuteema selviää myöhemmin.

Would you like to have a cabin picnic? A ship buffet? Or perhaps a Swedish burger? Whether your answer is affirmative or whether you simply want to get your boat on, we cordially welcome you to KJYR, the Common Orienteering Cruise for Kumpula Students!

Students from all around Kumpula embark on M/S Silja Serenade on October 25th through 27th to enjoy the freedoms of academic gallantry: instead of a rigid party structure you are most welcome to figure out your own way of having fun, be it solitaire on the cabin table or seismological experimentation on the dance floor. If organized fun is what you wish, then fear not: the cruise will begin with a high quality laugh-inducing show and during our maritime travels you can complete orienteering tasks, find winning raffle tickets and participate in Matrix's costume contest. This year's theme will be announced later.

Registration for this boatin' event opens on September 8th, staggered by student organization and we have 130 cabins available distributed to Kumpula's organizations. The registration closes on September 20th at 23:59.

Aloitamme juhlallisuudet tervehdyksillä ja onnitteluilla klo 16:00 juhlatila Euphoriassa (Sörnäisten rantatie 33 C, 00540 Helsinki) järjestettävässä cocktail-tilaisuudessa. Tämän jälkeen siirrymme yhteiskuljetuksella Hotel Arthuriin (Vuorikatu 19, 00100 Helsinki), jossa illallisjuhla alkaa klo 18:00. Illallisjuhla päättyy akateemisiin tansseihin, joiden jälkeen juhlat jatkuvat virallisilla jatkoilla juhlatila Euphoriassa. Juhlapaikalta jatkoille siirrymme yhteiskuljetuksella.

We will begin the festivities with greetings and congratulations at 4:00 p.m. at a cocktail reception held at the Euphoria banquet hall (Sörnäisten rantatie 33 C, 00540 Helsinki). Afterwards, we will travel together to Hotel Arthur (Vuorikatu 19, 00100 Helsinki), where the dinner party will begin at 6:00 p.m. The dinner party will end with an academic dance, after which the celebrations will continue with an official after-party at the Euphoria banquet hall. We will travel from the dinner venue to the after-party by shuttle bus.

On Sunday morning, a herring breakfast will be served from 12 noon at the Otaniemi Rantasauna (Rantasauna, Vastaranta 1, 02150 Espoo) for those who wish to attend.

The Inter-Kumpulary sports reservation combines the forces of Resonanssi, Integralis and TKO-äly to really beat the air out of some sports balls.

This week it's time for BASKETBALL!

The reservation lasts from 5pm to 6pm.

Bring water, indoor shoes and a lock for the locker door. If necessary, you can rent indoor shoes and rent or buy a lock from Unisport. If we're playing floorball or badminton and you don't have a stick/racket, you can rent one for a fee of 2e.

After the shift, there is opportunity to go to the sauna at Unisport.
