ATK-YTP, tai tutummin automaattisen tietojenkäsittelyn yhteistoimintapäivät, on seminaaritapahtuma jonka sijainti vaihtelee vuosittain. Edellisellä järjestyskerralla tapahtuma oli Oulussa, mutta tänä vuonna suunta on kohti Kuopiota!

Seminaaritapahtumaan osallistuu TKO-älyn lisäksi tietojenkäsittelytieteen ainejärjestöjä muista Suomen "kaupungeista", joissa tätä alaa opetetaan! Varaudu siis verkostoitumaan ulkopaikkakuntalaisten kanssa.

Tapahtuma pitää sisällään seminaarimuotoisia luentoja yritysmaailman ammattilaisilta, suunnistusta vieraassa kaupungissa sekä paikalliseen yöelämään tutustumista.

Tapahtumaan sisältyy myös koulumajoitus.

Tieto TKO-älyn osallistujamääräkiintiöstä ei ole vielä selvillä, sillä kokonaisosallistujamäärä on rajoitettu ja kiintiöihin vaikuttaa muiden ainejärjestöjen kiinnostuneiden määrä. Tapahtuman kiintiön tullessa selväksi, osallistujat valitaan ilmoittautumisjärjestyksessä.

Ilmoittautuminen on sitovaa ilmoittautumisajan sulkeutumisen jälkeen. Jos et pääse tapahtumaan ota yhteyttä tapahtumajärjestäjään. Varaudu kuitenkin maksamaan osallistumismaksu.

TKO-äly järjestää osallistujille bussikuljetuksen sekä meno-, että paluumatkalle! Varaudu kuitenkin siihen, että menomatkalle lähtö saattaa tapahtua hyvin aikaisin yöllä, jotta olemme perillä Kuopiossa n. 9:00 keskiviikkoaamuna.

Hinta tapahtumalle on 10e + bussikuljetukset. Hinta vahvistuu lähempänä tapahtumaa, mutta varovainen arvio hinnasta on n. 50e.

ATK-YTP, or more commonly known as automaattisen tietojenkäsittelyn yhteistoimintapäivät, is a seminar event the location of which changes every year. The last time it was organized it happened in Oulu, but this year we're headed for Kuopio!

The other participants besides TKO-äly are computer science students from across Finland. Prepare to meet and network with people from all around Finland!

The event consists of seminar type lectures by the professionals of the business world, orienteering in a strange city and getting to know the local night life.

The event includes a lodging in a school.

The amount of participants TKO-äly can have is not clear yet, the total amount of participants is limited and the quotas of each student organisation is affected by how much interest the other organisations have. After the quota of TKO-äly becomes clear, the participants are selected by the time of their registration.

The registration is binding after the registration period ends. If you can't make it to the event please contact the event organizer. Be however prepared to pay the participation fee.

TKO-äly also organizes bus transports to Kuopio and back from for the participants. Be prepared to leave early in the night of Wednesday, because the time of arrival to Kuopio is at 9AM on Wednesday morning.

The price for the event is 10e + bus transports. The total price is confirmed closer to the event, but a careful estimate puts the price at around 50e.
