Tekisikö mieli luovuttaa?... Nimittäin siis verta! Tule mukaan kun lähdemme ainejärjestön voimin tekemään hyvää. Olit sitten ensikertalainen tai kokeneempi luovuttaja, kaikki ovat tervetulleita. Jos et ole varma sovitko luovuttajaksi, se selviää tekemällä Sovinko Luovuttajaksi -testi täältä.

Itse verenluovutus vie vain noin kymmenen minuuttia ja voit tällä ajalla auttaa jopa kolmea ihmistä. Voit myös pelastaa henkiä! Verenluovutuksesta on tyypillisesti saanut myös haalarimerkin.

Lähdemme Gurulasta kohti Sanomataloa 16:00. Veripalvelu tarjoaa taksikyydin jos saamme kasaan vähintään 4 luovuttajaa. Itselle kannattaa varata verenluovutusaika täältä 17:00 eteenpäin jolloin olemme viimeistään luovutus paikalla. Sanomatalolle voi myös saapua omatoimisesti. Veripalvelun toimipiste on auki 19:00 asti. Otathan kuvallisten henkilöllisyystodistuksen mukaan, myös ajokortti käy.

Jos olet tulossa luovuttamaan, muista myös täyttää terveyskysely aikaisintaan päivää ennen luovuttamista. Hyvä muistaa myös runsas nesteytys ennen verenluovutusta (huomioithan, ettei verenluovutukseen voi tulla humalassa tai krapulaisena). Veripalvelun toimipisteellä on luovuttajille tarjolla pientä purtavaa, sekä juotavaa.

Feel like giving up? … Your blood that is! Join us as we go to do good with the student organization. Whether you are a first timer or a seasoned donator, everyone is welcome. If you are not sure if you are fit to donate blood, you can do the Can I donate test here.

By donating blood, you may help up to three people and even save lives! The donation itself only takes about 10 minutes of your time. Overall patches have typically been given to donors as well.

We leave from Gurula to Sanomatalo at 16:00. Veripalvelu will pay for taxi ride if we get at least 4 donators. You should reserve a donation time here from 17:00 onwards, when we will be at the donation place. You can also arrive at Sanomatalo on your own. Donation place is open till 19:00. Be sure to bring an official photo ID with you. A driver's license is also fine.

If you are donating you must fill the health questionnaire the day before the event at earliest. It is good to drink a lot of liquids before donating (please note you cannot donate blood while drunk or hungover). There are also some snacks and drinks on offer for donors.
